McCarthy-Bush Corporation renovated their 16,000 SF facility to create a collaborative working environment for their family of businesses. The renovations included demolition and remodel of existing space including Service Entrance Switchgear, LED Lighting, a Fire Alarm System upgrade, new Structured Cabling to workspaces and new cutting edge Audio/Visual capabilities for their conference rooms.
Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owner’s representatives and provided a project schedule defining the design, procurement, and construction of the project, along with a detailed execution plan.
