Ashley Furniture HomeStore expanded into the Quad City market and purchased a former home goods store along Davenport’s busy Elmore/53rdStreet corridor. Estes was selected to transform the store under a tight timeline to reflect the new Ashley retail footprint.
Estes performed carpentry and concrete work while managing contractors that completed excavation, masonry, steel work, plumbing and the storefront. The front of the building was demolished and converted into a new front façade with space for two tenants. The building serves as a high tech furniture gallery and distribution warehouse for Ashley Furniture HomeStore.
