Tri-City Electric Company of Iowa wins 2022 Project Excellence Award from the National Electrical Contractors Association for The Summit of Bettendorf Project

 

Tri-City Electric Company of Iowa, an electrical contractor based in Davenport, IA, was recently recognized by the National Electrical Contractors Association with a NECA Project Excellence Award in the Residential category for The Summit of Bettendorf project.

NECA established the Project Excellence Award to showcase the exceptional work that its members perform throughout the country. Tri-City Electric Company of Iowa was recognized along with this year’s other winners during NECA 2022 Austin.

The Summit of Bettendorf, located in Bettendorf, IA is a 299,963 sq.ft. Senior Living facility and part of the WellSpire Communities. Tri-City Electric Co. worked closely with the owners, local and state officials, along with the construction team to plan phasing to allow early occupancy for the single-story areas while continuing to work on the multi-story phases. The design of the facility included a large footprint in mind with wide hallways and rooms to give that “at home” feeling for the residents. The facility offers second-to-none amenities and has a focus on health and well-being. The facility features a 13+ floor plans, Multiple Dining Venues, Rooftop Bar, State-of-the-Art Virtual Golf, beautiful winding walking paths and engaging outdoor spaces along with a Fitness pavilion with a full-time wellness team.
